These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Metcalfe Digital (“we,” “us,” “our”), including the private dock fuel tracking application (the “Service”) operated for SnyderXP.

Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of the Service

The Service is a private fuel-tracking application used by a small group of invited users to log shared usage of a private fuel tank at a dock. Access is granted by invitation only, via a printed QR code distributed by the dock’s operator. The Service is not open to the general public.

Eligibility and registration

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have been given a valid QR code by the dock operator.
Provide a phone number you own and to which you can receive SMS.

You agree to keep your phone number current and to notify the dock operator if you no longer have access to the number on file.

SMS communications and consent

By verifying your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from us, including:

One-time verification codes when you sign up or add a new device.
Notifications about fuel-pump activity (if you have been designated as an administrator and have opted in).

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for help.

Acceptable use

You agree to:

Use the Service only to log honest pump readings reflecting your own use of the shared tank.
Not impersonate another user or log under a name other than your own.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass authentication, share your verified device token, or otherwise compromise the integrity of the Service.

Violation of these provisions may result in your account being deactivated without notice and without refund of any charges.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that pump readings will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You assume all risk for any reliance on data presented by the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metcalfe Digital and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of fuel, profit, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version at this URL. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
